Membership & Regulatory Status

Terrabullion Pvt Ltd is a registered and licensed broker of the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) and is authorized to provide brokerage services in commodities and derivatives in accordance with PMEX regulations and SECP guidelines.

Clients are advised to independently verify our membership status via the official PMEX website.

Regulatory Disclosures & Client Protection

For the safety and protection of all clients, please note the following:

Cash transactions are strictly prohibited. All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through approved banking channels only.
Terrabullion Pvt Ltd does not accept funds, investments, or deposits outside the official PMEX-approved trading mechanism.
The Company does not guarantee fixed, assured, or risk-free returns under any circumstances.
Clients must never share their User ID, password, or trading credentials with any employee, representative, or third party.
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access, misuse of credentials, or third-party account operation.

Client Responsibilities – Do’s & Don’ts

What Clients Should Do
✔ Fully understand contract specifications, margin requirements, leverage implications, and associated risks before trading.
✔ Maintain sufficient margin levels as required by PMEX at all times.
✔ Regularly monitor open positions, margin status, and account statements.
✔ Immediately report any suspicious activity or discrepancies to the Company.

What Clients Must Not Do
✘ Do not engage in cash dealings or off-record transactions.
✘ Do not rely on unofficial tips, signals, or guaranteed return schemes.
✘ Do not allow any individual to operate your trading account on your behalf.
✘ Do not trade beyond your financial capacity or risk tolerance.

Direct Fund Model (DFM)

Terrabullion Pvt Ltd operates under the Direct Fund Model (DFM) as prescribed by PMEX.
Under the DFM framework:

Client funds are deposited directly into PMEX-designated bank accounts.
The broker does not hold, retain, or control client funds.
All margin requirements, mark-to-market settlements, and financial adjustments are processed through PMEX systems.
This structure enhances transparency, segregation of funds, and investor protection.

Complaint Handling & Grievance Redressal

If you have any complaint or grievance:

Contact our official customer support channels for prompt resolution.
If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, you may lodge a complaint directly with the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) through its official complaint handling mechanism.
